Refund & Satisfaction Policy

At GroundUpGenes, all seed sales are final. We can not offer refunds.

That said, we stand behind our products and offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If you experience any issues, we are committed to working with you to find a fair resolution.


1. Order Issues & Support

If you experience any issues with your order — including delivery problems or product concerns — please contact us:

We aim to respond and resolve issues in a timely manner.


2. Germination & Product Concerns

Many of our seed packs include extra seeds to help account for potential germination issues.

If you experience widespread germination problems or other product concerns:

  • You must contact us within:
    • 60 days of purchase for third-party breeder products
    • 90 days of purchase for GroundUpGenes-produced seeds
  • Claims submitted outside of these timeframes may not be eligible for resolution.

Each case is reviewed individually, and we will work with you to determine an appropriate solution.


3. Delivery Issues

If your order is lost, damaged, or not delivered:

  • You must notify us as soon as possible after the expected delivery date
  • Prompt reporting is required in case we need to file an insurance claim with the shipping carrier

Failure to report delivery issues in a timely manner may limit our ability to assist.


4. Replacements & Store Credit

At our discretion, resolutions may include:

  • Replacement seeds
  • Store credit

Please note:

  • Store credit will reflect the original purchase price, including any discounts or promotions applied at the time of purchase
  • We do not guarantee replacements in all cases

5. Freebies

Free or promotional items (“freebies”) are not guaranteed and may not be eligible for replacement.

However, if you experience issues, feel free to reach out — we will do our best to help where possible.


6. Limitations

  • We do not guarantee germination rates
  • We are not responsible for user error, growing conditions, or factors outside our control
  • All determinations regarding replacements or credits are made at our sole discretion
