Refund/Replacement Policy

Overview

All Seed Sales Are Final. We cannot process refunds. That being said, we offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee!

-For issues with germination and any other issues (e.g. delivery) please use our Contact Form or e-mail us at info@groundupgenes.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue at hand in a timely manner.

-Some breeders include extras in packs to account for germination issues, but if your issue is widespread please reach out and we can work out a solution for you.

-We ask that you submit delivery issues as quickly as you can in case we need to file an insurance claim with the shipping company.

-We require that you submit germination issues within 60 days of purchase for products by companies we carry, and within 90 days for seeds produced by us

-We may not be able to issue replacements for certain freebies; if you have issues with them reach out and we will see what we can do.

-Replacements may be issued in the form of a store credit – please note the credit amount will be equal to the price of product at the time of your original purchase, including any discounts/sales applied.
